More then double efficiency compared to traditional plates, either in cast-iron, gas, or infrared.
The system automatically turns on when you place a pan on the top and turns off when you remove it.
Only the bottom touching the cooking surface is heated, not the surrounds, making savings and benefiting cleanliness.
The system automatically regulates the energy demand according to the pan’s diameter and the quantity of food prepared.
