The special structure of electric resistances and their lodging guarantee a constant heat storage, helping keeping temperatures more steady even when frozen food is dipped into the pasta-cooker.
The special building system promotes convective movements, creating continuous water stirring. The constant temperature reduces evaporation and guarantees a consistent energy saving. Water is anyhow reimbursed automatically.
Electric resistances reach desired temperature in very short time and are extremely durable and strong, requiring hardly ever any maintenance.
