Ristorante Savini
Milano
Savini goes back to its spleandour. The "living room" of Milan, located in the gorgeous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, has been completely restored.
Round tables to favour conviviality, red velvet stairs and over 500 labels in the cellar. A new life thanks to the new propriety, Giuseppe Gatto and his son Sebastian, besides a young "milanese" chef such as Matteo Torretta, with several interesting experiences: from Gualtiero Marchesi to Giancarlo Perbellini, from Antonio Cannavacciuolo to Carlo Cracco, and also a time working in Spain with Martin Berasategui.
The restoring of a myth of Milan's cuisine passes also through a brand new technologic kitchen: an Inoxpiù stainless steel kitchen. The technology offered allows the chef to create innovative recipes but also to guarantee the most traditional dishes of the Milan gourmet art, dishes for which Savini has been worldwide known for the the last hundred and forty years.
