In the heart of Cavaglià, right in front of the church, a classic local "osteria" completely renwed mantains its originary spirit.
Propietors Monica and Paolo have taken over an old gelateria in February 2000. They added three little rooms and a small canteen: little but full of grace.
The delicacies served are created also thanks to the new cooking unit by Inoxpiù: induction hobs, pasta-cooker and frytop: technology for tradition and quality cuisine
