Located along the Naviglio Grande in Milan, "Tano passami l'olio" is Gaetano Simonato's dream come true. The restaurant of this volcanic chef-patron has recently (November 2008) gained a Michelin star.

A cosy but welcoming restaurant with a limited number of seats to ensure the best service always. It offers a tasty cuisine without ever betraying two milestone principles: lightness and digestibility.

As the name suggests, Simonato is a passionate lover of olive oil since he lived an enlightening experience in Liguria, years ago . He share his passion offering his customers a selection of over 40 different selected oils.
