La taverna del Lupo represents an historical landmark of Umbria cuisine and in particular of “cucina eugubina” (eugubina means from Gubbio, a medieval city in Umbria, Central Italy) .
It started in 1968 from an idea of Mr. Rodolfo Mencarelli and his wife Lisetta and has been offering a traditional yet innovative cuisine for over 40 years.
A rich and varied selection of wines complete the picture.
Inoxpiù installation for chef Claudio Ramacci includes a stainless steel cooking unit with steel tops.
