Constructed in 1892 in Art Nouveau style, the Monopol is a must for any visitor keen to immerse themselves in history. A 7-meter-long Inoxpiù cooking monoblock stands on the far off side of the restaurant: stainless steel top and black sides, the best of available equipment fully visible from the tables in the hall.
The exclusive world of the traditional Polish and Mediterranean cuisine created with the innovative spirit by the chef, Krzysztof Żurek, makes the Monopol Restaurant the experience, which cannot be neglected.
