Hotel Foresta

The Restaurant Hotel Foresta (Forest), as the name suggests, lays in the middle of a abies forest, at the very heart of all Dolomites’ peaks.
The original structure was built in the 18th hundred and it was the only tavern and meeting point for the local inhabitants. The tavern later on was converted into a hostel to give shelter to travellers for the night. Since 1963 Mr. Teresa Piazzi and her husband Ugo Schacher have been improving the hotel creating a charming environment completely renovated and furnished in typical Tirol style.
Nowadays the hotel offers all the best in terms of comfort and hospitality thanks to a new wellness centre and an excellent restaurant open all year round.

Inoxpiù: the right choice for an efficient kitchen layout in a reduced space. Quickness, fresh and clean space, safety and saving – all typical features of Inoxpiù kitchens – were the main factors that played in the choice of equipment, since the service is entirely managed by the owners themselves.
The restaurant is open all year round and is very active in the promotion of eno-gastronomical events of the local area: “A cena con Re Laurino” (Dinner with Laurino King) and “Sapori d’Autunno” (Fall flavours) among others. The productive and versatile Inoxpiù kitchen allows to manage easily the wide choice of “a la charte” menu (10 appetizers, 10 starters, 20 main dishes and several desserts) and to organize banquets as well.
