The Michelin starred family restaurant (Da Guido) is located in the original cellars of the monastery, with exposed stonework and barrel vaults, providing dinner guests with a wonderfully rustic and old world setting.

The restaurant is owned by Lidia Alciati and her son Andrea. Their concept combines a blend of Piedmontese traditional dishes with modern fine dining, using the region's famed produce.
