The Mignon hotel is located a few steps away from the main points of interest of Breuil-Cervinia.Built and furnished in pure Valdotain style, offers over twenty welcoming rooms and a catering service with local and international delicacies. 

The kitchen Inoxpiù has designed for Mignon hotel has been throughly planned. Only one special dishwasher has been installed, able to wash from silver cutlery to crystal glasse, from porcelain dishes to pottery.

Refrigerated hanging cabinets were installed so that food could be stored in separated and dedicated areas. The new breakfast machine is compact but complete without being bulky. A whole lot of technical solutions to optimise space and maximise productivity were designed. 

The transition from a gas oil kitchen to a completely electrical powered kitchen was certainly an important switchover. But the prospect of a great amount of energy saving has made the balance lean towards innovation: today the new entire kitchen of Mignon hotel (cooking unit, ovens and washing area included) needs only 20kw of power to work fully.
