The Gourmet Restaurant of the hotel boasts a wonderful terrace that faces the incredible landscape of Valnontey valley and offers typical as well as international cuisine. Impossible to resists to the amazing variety of cheeses available. The wine selection could not but be exceptional with some highlights that will thrill clients.

The cosy hall of Petit restaurant counts only 4 tables, is embellished by beautiful paintings and antiquities and can claim a Michelin Star since 2004.

The Bar à Fromage, located in the premises on the other side of the road also including 6 of the rooms, offers an incredible variety of cheeses (Fromage in French means cheese) to whom the Jeantet-Roullets have dedicated an entire cellar. 

Last but not least, a hundred meters away from the Bellvue hotel, the forth restaurant, Brasserie du Bon Bec,  with its typical dishes and typical furniture.
