The cosy hall of Petit restaurant counts only 4 tables, is embellished by beautiful paintings and antiquities. Served faultlessly by a young but well trained staff, you will have the pleasure to taste the millefoglie of foi gras with peach tartare, amaratte and raspberry coulis, followed by leek soup with little ravioli filled with salmon trout. Finally the luxurious veal pillow with season vegetables and celery “cappuccino”.
Give up on the cheese is almost impossible: a selection that amazes for quality, variety and presentation. After the refreshing pre-dessert (cherry ice cream with mango tartare) , you’ll finish up gladly with the almond cake with zabaione and vanilla ice cream. The wine selection could not but be exceptional with some highlights that will thrill clients. As soon as your stay at this wonderful Relais & Chateaux is over, you’ll crave to be back.
