Apparently the change is only superficial: not a familiar and cozy environment with a few rooms but one of the most innovative hotels in Italy. But style and sensations are still the same, unmistakable ones offered by Luca Brasi with his Lucanda, restaurant that moved from Osio sotto (Bg) to Cavenago (Mi).

Luca Brasi can rely on his trusty staff, including his wife Cinzia and on one of the most innovative kitchens installed in Italy. Better said, four kitchens: a common one for preparation, pastry kitchen, gourmet kitchen and one for hotel service.

All these changes have the purpose to favour research and creativity, the true reasons why chef Brasi has decided to move forward and leave his "nest" for a bigger adventure...
