After several years of successful management of his own restaurant, chef Brasi accepted the challenge of the restaurant Hotel Devero.
Luca Brasi has left his cozy and suggestive restaurant in Osio Sotto (BG) "La Lucanda" ("locanda" in local dialect but the "u" underlines that the creature was truly his, Luca's) , awarded with an honestly earned Michelin star.
