An ambitious project to unify gastronomy, design, fashion and health-related issues with a unique goal: reinterpreting traditional cuisine in an innovative way throught the best of Italian modernity.
Behind any grand project there are a great story, an idea and a person. Precisely what happened with IFSE, where this person is its creator and promoter, and general director, Raffaele Trovato. Trovato, a long and successful carreer as chef, teacher and course-organizer, hosts us at IFSE and tells us a bit more about his adventure creating IFSE.
