On Oct. 14th, the "Camera dei Deputati" restaurant proposed a new menu to its honorable customers: a completely free-of-animal-origin-ingredients selection.
The initiative is linked to a bill that aims to guarantee the right of the citizens to choose the food they want to consume with awareness and allowed deputies to experience an extraordinary lunch created by chef Pietro Leemann.
