Slow Fish - Genova 17-20 February 2009
The fish expo organized by Slow Food
From 17th through 20th of April, our light and flexible cooking monoblock Quibica has been showing all its beauty at the Island of Taste "Salt Plaza" organized by Saltexpo' in the newly designed pavillion of Genova Fair.
The event is organized every two years by Slow Food and aims to spread knowledge about the Sea and its products.
Many initiatives have been held, among which over 5000 visitors appreciated the tastings and workshops proposed by Saltexpo' . Two of the best sea products joined together: fish and salt.
Also the chance to buy at the market and touch first hand Qubica, the technology and design jewel born in Inoxpiù a few months ago.
