Identità Golose London

Inoxpiù as technical partner of the brand new London edition from the 29th to the 30th of June 2009

Founded by the journalist and food editor Paolo Marchi in 2004, the annual international gastronomic congress Identità Golose has quickly earned a reputation within the culinary world, as the platform on which globally acclaimed chefs meet to present and exchange ideas.

Now, for the first time this popular gastronomic congress will be held outside Italy, with the launch of Identità London.
While Identità Golose presents to a more international forum, Identità London will focus on the best of contemporary Italian cuisine.

Inoxpiù partecipates in the event as technical partner for professional catering equipment, supplying the energy saving electrical kitchens the chefs will be cooking on top of.

The chef-relators are: Massimiliano Alajmo, Corrado Assenza, Alex Atala, Massimo Bottura, Moreno Cedroni, Carlo Cracco, Enrico Crippa, Anthony Genovese, Angela Hartnett, Ernesto Iaccarino, Giorgio Locatelli, Norbert Niederkofler, René Redzepi, Giovanni Santini, Emanuele Scarello, Ciccio Sultano.

Identità London will be launched at Vinopolis World of Wine – situated next to the Southbank’s historic Borough Food Market - on Monday 29th June and Tuesday 30th June. The event will not only showcase some of the world’s leading Italian chefs, but also the very best of Italian artisan producers.
