The "Italian congress of author's cuisine - Identità Golose" has taken in Milano from 1st thru 4th of February 2009 at Milan Convention Center and this year's theme was: "Verdure - Vite - Vent'anni". ("vegetables - lives - twenty years", ndr)
Ferràn Adrià, Massimiliano Alaimo, Enrico Bartolini, Massimo Bottura, Moreno Cedroni, Carlo Cracco, Quique Dacosta, Pierre Hermè and Pietro Leemann were only but a few of the great names of international cuisine who participated in the event.
