The 100 Best Restaurants of the World by San Pellegrino
the 2010 rating gets sparkly
Ratings are created for buzzing.
The rating signed by San pellegrino is no exception but it is anyhow interesting to watch the changes that the wolrd of haute cuisine is undergoing.
The new list stir up the water, we could say.
At the top in 2010 jumps "Noma" of Redzepi, in Copenhagen, third in 2009. Ferran Adrià and his "El Bulli" slips down to second place, followed closely by the Fat Duck of Blumenthal, ranking third place.
Besides the shuffling on the podium, there's quite few new entries, a few jumps towards the top and some slips down the slope.
