Bombay Sapphire Perfect Combination: third edition took place in Rome on March 2nd 2010
Inoxpiù was technical partner of the event with its technological kitchens
After the success obtained with the previous two editions, Bombay Sapphire Perfect Combination once more celebrated the union between Bombay Sapphire and Haute Cuisine. 4 couples composed of a barman and a chef challenged each other but only the perfect combination of a Bombay Sapphire cocktail and the perfect accompany has won the prize: Alessia Dionisi e Matteo Razzetti of restaurant Freni e frizioni in Roma.
The event took place at the Officine Farneto, an ex factory turned into location for trendy events like this. The jury was composed of Mauro Lotti (barman), Fiammetta Fadda (Panorama Magazine), Alessandro Borghese (chef), Davide Di Corato (HORECA magazine) and Mattia Schieppati (GQ magazine).
The chefs had the chance to work on induction tops and fry-tops of the two cooking units Qubica in white and black.
The "perfect Combination" won its creators a trip to London.
