The label "Clima Hotel" was presented at HOTEL 09
a new certification for hotels and hospitality structures
Casaclima Agency presented the new quality certification "Clima Hotel" at the International Expo HOTEL 09 last 22nd of October.
The label, created for hospitality structures, will be based upon three principles: Ecology, Economy and Cultural Aspects and will be divided into three phases: Pre-Certification, Certification and Re-Certification.
ClimaHotel evolves from the positive experience of CasaClima (KlimaHaus) and wants to give an impulse to evaluate and certificate the sustainability of hotels.
The ClimaHotel standard requires the achievement of 100credits to be obtained in three areas: 50 credits for „Nature“, 30 credits for „Life“ and 20 credits for „Transparency“.
