Induzione culinaria - the event by Peter Brunel

Starting on Monday the 12th

Created and organized by Chef Peter Brunel, this event will be held at Ristorante Chiesa in Trento: 8 dinners cooked by 8 Michelin Stars Chefs, both Italian and foreign.

Every Monday night, starting on October the 12th, a Chef will propose his own personal induction menu, especially created for this event and available for only 14 people. Every menu will be associated and matched to the selection of wines of a local winery of the Trento Doc consortium. 

At the end of this adventure, a book about it will be published. It will contain all recipes, pictures and chefs' biographies.

Induzione culinaria is the perfect chance to see an Inoxpiù open-view ivory kitchen (Restaurant Chiesa's) and the newborn monoblock Qubica.
