On February the 25th 2010 at the Cantine Rotari in Mezzocorona (TN) the even "STEFANO CAGOL IN LIGHT" will take place to celebrate the winning of the award Terna 02 by the local artist.
Technical partner of the celebration will be Inoxpiù, with two cooking unit "Qubica" destined to the preparation and cooking of the "risotto estemporaneo" by chef Stefano Cerveni (1 Michelin star) and the "spaghetto reidratato contemporaneo" by chef Peter Brunel.
